Abstract

According to linguistics principles, Saraiki is the ancient language of the sub-continent, which meets the standards of this region. Dr. Maher Abdul Haq has translated well-known literary works in Arabic, Urdu, English, and Persian language into the Saraiki language. The most notable work among these translations is the complete translation of the Holy Quran into the Saraiki language. Dr Maher Abdul Haq said that the Saraiki language and literature are the classical literature of other languages.
