Abstract

Progressive Movement is richest Movement of Urdu Literature. It has great effect on Urdu Prose and Poetry since its beginning. This article narrates early history of this Movement and throw lights on different historical steps of this Movement with reference of its pioneers and followers. This article is research__oriented and clearly describe the aims and objects of this movement with reference of its manifesto and early sources.
