Abstract:

The significance of education in human society is identical as breath in human life. For the success and development of any society, it is imperative that a society accommodate a solid and strong education system. However, it should be considered that education system of one nation cannot be applied on other nation. It is like commit a suicide because everyone has its own environment, geographical condition, way of thinking, religion, culture and social set up. So, it is not possible for any nation to embrace the social and educational structure of others. Who can deny Allama Iqbal’s insight in sub-continent? He presented his ideas regarding other issues along with educational system before us. He has presented his views in respect of education very bluntly. In this study, an attempt has been made to review Iqbal’s thoughts and meditations with reference to education.
