Abstract

The word literature is translated as Adhab in Urdu and Arabic language. In Arabic civilizations the Adhab is used for giving feast and good meals to the respected guests. But later in modern times the literature is meant for historical life records of nations and societies. The literature is represented and described both in prose and poetry. The use of best words is called prose or prosy literature while the best use of best words is called poetry. The journalism is defined as the communication of written news incidents and happenings of any kind of life events person to person and place to place.  The literature is explored through the print media like news papers, magazines and journalism serves the literacy materials. So literature and journalism travel together.
