Abstract

Prem Chand is a well known name of urdu fiction.Prem Chand played a vital role in stabilizing  urdu novel‘s history in political perspective .Prem Chand explained social and political aspects of life in early 20th century through his novels. The cruel system of ‘sood biyaj and lagaan’ paralyzed the life of poor people in India. Prem Chand raised his voice against this cruel system through his novels.
