Abstract

Hazara is a region in the northeastern part of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located east to the Indus River and comprises eight districts Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan, Kolai Palla Kohistan & Torghar.

This research examines the literary contributions of the Hazara region, known for its rich tradition of biographies that cover a wide range of figures, including scholars, political leaders, and mystics. These biographies are written in accessible language and have left a lasting impact on readers. The research will analyze some notable biographies from this region.
