Abstract

ABSTRACT Abdur Rehman, mostly known as Rehman BaBa is the greatest poet in the history of Pustho Literature. He was born in the high hills of Mohmand. He was a man of character and great charisma. He wrote magnificent poems which gave him timeless fame. Musicians usually uses his poetry for singing while lay men uses his  couplets  in their daily lives as a word of wisdom.The following article is a brief  study of his meaningfull message-based poetry through the urdu translations made by various researchers.
